Add/Edit Cost Item Dialog

This dialog is used to add or modify a cost item for your cost profile. You get to this dialog from the Cost Profile Setup dialog.

Description: Type a description of the cost, for example, "Daily Feed Cost".

Apply this Cost to: Select the type of animal this cost should apply to. The choices are:
* Young non-milking production animals. In other words, young heifer calves that will be kept for dairy.
* Young pre-fresh animals. In other words, bred heifers that are due to calf soon.
* Animals in milk. Other other words, fresh animals.
* Dry animals. Other other words, production animals that are between lactations.
* Meat animals.
* All animals.

From/To: If applicable, enter the age range that this cost applies to. The age is given in days.
