Add/Edit Periodic Charge Dialog

This dialog is used to add or modify a periodic charge for a billing profile. You get to this dialog from the Billing Profile dialog.

Description: Type a description of the charge, for example, "Daily Housing Fee".

Period: Select the periodicity for this charge (how often it is to be applied). Choices are daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and one-time.

Charge: Enter the charge for this item.

Age Range: Enter the beginning and ending ages (in days) during which this charge is to apply to a heifer.
